Admissions
We welcome applications from both Korean and international students. All applicants must apply for the grade level that corresponds to their date of birth, as outlined in the official age chart.

Grade placement is based on birth year, following the official age chart.

Pre-K to Grade 8 | Rolling admissions | Entry: February & August
Mid-Year Admissions Policy
Students applying mid-year will be tested for placement one grade level above their intended entry. If the student does not meet the admission criteria, they will not be eligible to reapply for the same grade in the following school year.

Submit Application Documents
- 2 years of school reports (translated if necessary)
- NWEA MAP Test results (if available)
- Completed application & admissions form
- Survey of English learning background
Pay Application Fee
- Application Fee: 300,000 KRW (non-refundable)
Teacher Recommendation
- Submit contact details of current or previous teacher
- ACA will request a recommendation directly
Assessment & Interview
- Kindergarten: Group interview & level test
- Primary: MAP Reading Test, Individual Interview, Writing Sample
- Secondary: MAP Reading & Math Test, Interview, Writing Test
