Headmaster - Mr. Justin Marlowe
A graduate of Cornell University (B.A.) and Washington University of School of Law (J.D., cum laude), Mr. Marlowe has dedicated his career to innovation, rigor, and growth in education.
Before joining ACA, Mr. Marlowe served as CEO of Quinnipeg Consulting, where he led groundbreaking educational initiatives focused on academic counseling, curriculum design, and strategic school development. At the Education Justice Program, Mr. Marlowe vindicated student rights through Federal and constitutional litigation, shaping landmark victories that expanded student access and equity.
Mr. Marlowe also distinguished himself at the appellate level as a Principal Law Clerk for the busiest appellate court in the United States, where he crafted critical decisions impacting student rights. His leadership experience extends internationally, having participated in advanced studies at the Hague Academy of Public International Law, where he specialized in global education policy frameworks.
He has consistently championed evidence-based teaching methods, equitable learning environments, and student empowerment throughout his career. Under his leadership, students consistently achieve higher academic performance and develop lifelong curiosity that fosters success.

Vice Principal - Jennifer Chae
A seasoned education professional with over two decades of experience in English education, curriculum development, academic program leadership, and institutional management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Education, a Multiple Subject K-12 Teaching Credential, and a College Counseling Certificate—Ms. Chae has consistently demonstrated her deep-rooted commitment to academic excellence and student-centered learning.
Throughout her extensive career in both the United States and South Korea, Ms. Chae has held pivotal academic leadership roles. In these roles, she has excelled in curriculum innovation, faculty development, and administrative oversight, directly impacting student outcomes and institutional growth. Her academic management expertise includes the successful creation and implementation of project-based learning initiatives, comprehensive ESL/EFL programs, and tailored college counseling services for both domestic and international student populations.
Fluent in both English and Korean, Ms. Chae bridges cultural and linguistic gaps with ease, further enhancing her ability to lead diverse learning communities and guide students and parents through meaningful educational journeys.
